Captain Halsey gave a reception on board the warship, the sailors also participating in the sports and fraternising with the American ,bluo jackets belonging to the cruiser California and other warships. The Provincial Government is arranging to present Captain Halsey with silver plate suitably inscribed for commemorating the,warship's visit.
