A SEVERE EARTHQUAKE.
THE PEOPLE ALARMED. [By Electric Telegraph-Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 8 a.m.) Berlin, July 21. A severe earthquake occurred in Wurtemberg. The inhabitants of Stralsburg rushed into the streets. Many chimneys collapsed in Stuttgart.
