A. NEW DEPARTMENT

London, July 18. Colonel Seely, replying to a question in the House of Commons, said the Government was establishing a separate department in the War Office for aeronautics.
AN AIRSHIP WRECKED
Berlin, July 17
The airship Schuetteland broke .■’drift and became a wreck. A soldio" who was carried up with it foil 600 ft. and was killed. A second was seriously injured.
