FOOTBALL.
FIXTURES FOR SATURDAY. The second junior fixtures for Saturday are as follows Stratford District High School v. Now Plymouth High School, at New Plymouth; Star v. Stratford, at Stratford, 1.30 p.m.; Technical College v. Clifton, at New Plymouth, 3 p.m. The Auckland Rugby Union lias accepted the invitation of the Taranaki Rugby Union to send a B representative" team to New Plymouth, to play a match with the Taranaki B leps.

The following players will represent tbo Stratford 111. against Star 111., at the Show grounds on Ihursday next, play commencing at 1.30 p.m.;—Collins (2), Sullivan (2), Vickers (2), Cameron, Syme, Campbell, Russ, Till. Sangster, Kruse, Stewart, Carseklipe; emergencies, Sheahan, Vickers, O’Neil.
