OUTBREAK AT ELTHAM

[Per Press Association.! Eltham, July 10

A fire occurred last night in the premises occupied by P. A. Wright, tailor, and owned by James and Gillman, Hawera. The fire originated in a workroom, which was gutted, hut tho other portion of the buildings was saved by smart work by the fire brigade. The insurances were £315 on the stock in the South British, while the premises, together with the two adjoining shops, were insured for £IOOO in the United.
