The Judge, in summing up in* the Scott will case, said there was no question of Scott's soundness of mind. He failed to find that there was fraud on the part of Lady Sackville. Many of the witnesses' statements were colored by prejudice and partisanship. The costs are estimated at £20,000. (Received 9.15 a.m.) Sir E. Carson is ill through overwork in the case
