London, July 4

The Aero Club, a<s> the result oi (heir investigations, found that Gordon Belle made a grave £rror of judgment in Hying low, which caused the acident.

(A cable from London dated June 15th, stated that Gordon, while monoplaining at Brooklands with Lieutenant Kennedy, a naval airman, sailed at 80 miles an hour. Turning a corner, one of the wings touched the ground, and the monoplane overturned .Kennedy's neck was broken, and Bell was seriously injured.)
