THREATENS MINING CAM?. COUNTRY A MASS OF FLAMES. [ By Electric Telegraph—CopyrightJ [United Press Association.] (Received 11.45 a.m.) Ottawa, July 2. The Porcupine mining camp is threatened with extinction by terrific forest fires. Huge areas of surrounding country are masses of flames. The towns along the line of the Temiskaming Northern Railway are threatened. The fire fighters are exhausted. There has been some loss of life.
