ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES.

FOUND DROWNED. Dunedin, July 2. On the body fohnd on the beach at St. Kikla this morning, wi re found two Tattersalls’ tickets made out in the name of “George Samson,” and two left-luggage tickets, one for a swag and one for a parcel, iu the name of “J. Shanks.” A pocket also contained five sovereigns, a sixpenny piece, and three pennies. MYSTERIOUS DEATH. Auckland, July 3. George Jackson, aged 41, was found dead in Albert Park. The body was removed to the morgue. There was money in the pockets and also a hank book showing a credit of £4O. There was no evidence of violence, but the lips were discolored.
