0 WIPING OUT THE FEDERALS. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] Washington, June 28. AdviCcs hate been received that fighting round Guaymas resulted in the defeat of the Federals under General Ojedj. They state that the troops are now investing the town. If captured, the Federals will be completely wiped out of Northern Mexico. The American Senate again discussed the recognition of President Huerta, but there is a feeling against him, in consequence of the anarchical stateof Mexico.
