(Received 10.5 a.m. 1 ) London. June 25. President Poincare, escorted by the Lifeguards, was tendered a brilliant reception, and had luncheon at the Guildhall, where 'the jLord/.. Mayor presented him with arfj .address and a gold casket set in diamonds. The crowds along the route gave President Poincare an ovation.
