WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist (Rev D. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows :
The indications are for:—Variable and strong moderate breezes, but northerly prevailing shortly. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather. The barometer shows little movement, but will have a falling tendency after 16 hours.
