Walter Thomas Miles and William Albert Murray were commi'ted for trial on a charge of assauiti-ig William Beresford, and robbing a small sum of money. The allied affair took place at midday, one man' following up made a request for a cigarette, seized Beresford's arms, while thb other went through his pockets. Beresford called out, and received a severe blow on the face.
