Both the morning papers consider Mr Cook's team as strong arid representative, though they express some surprise at the allotment of portfolios. It is understood that Mr Cook had considerable difficulties to overcome in their apportioning.

It is expected that the new Parliament will assemble about July 8, the early meeting being peceesary as Supply was granted only till the end of June.
