On the application of the railway employees and locomotive engine drivers associations, Mr Justice Leydon canecelled the registration of the transport workers' federation, declaring that it was obtained by methods which were calculated to deceive the registrar. A registration when it was obtained by what amounted to misrepresentation could not stand.
