In order to relieve the tension the Government has addressed a Note to Bulgaria, suggesting a reduction of her troops to one-fourth. SERVIA'S OBJECTION. (Received 8.10 a.m.) St. Petersburg, June 13.
It is pointed out tliat there are other compensations than territory open to Servia such as commercial access to the Aegean Sea. That she will lose this is the chief reason for the Servian objection to Bulgaria acquiring Monastir and the district of West Vardar.
