HALF-YEARLY MEETING. The half-yearly meeting of the above Order was held at the Foresters’ Hall last night, when the District President (Bro. A. W. Harden) in a very able manner installed the following officers:—Arch Druid, Bro. T. J. Ladd; J.P.A.D., Bro. Aagaard; V.A., Bro. C. Johnson; 0.G., Bro. A. Welson; 1.G., Bro. G. \V. Mills; secretary, Bro. J. B. Jones; Treasurer, Bro. H. Burmieter; A.D. Bards, Bros. Green and Stone; \ .A. Bards, Bros. S. Clarke and S. Reader. The balance-sheet was presented for the year, which showed the Lodge to be in a very flourishing condition. After the business, had been dispensed with the visiting Brethren from the various Taranaki Druid Lodges were entertained by their Stratford Brethren. A very enjoyable evening was spent, a long toast list being gone through, and when the brothers left the festive board it was close on to midnight.
