PICTURES COMBINATION.
SUPREME COURT CASE. , [Pee Press Association.] Napier, June 10. A case of considerable interest in picture world is set down for hearing at the Supreme Court next week, when the New Zealand Picture Supplies Company (Hayward and Fuller combination) sue the Thompson-Payne Picture Company for £2l 12s lid, ior hire of films and posters ;(2), £193 9s 9d, for hire of films and posters; and (3) £5273 6s Bd, for special damages for alleged breach of contract (150 weeks and four days) for hire of cinematograph film at £35 a week.
