At the Chesterton trial, Judge Phillirtfore,' summing up, said the English odriipany might have a claim against Marconi and Godfrey Isaacs in connection with the profits of placing American. shares on the market, but that had nothing to do with Chesterton’s libel. Chesterton was fined £IOO and costs, with release on bail until Monday, and then imprisoned until he pays.
