THE CABINET RESIGNS

[By Er.ECTiixo Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] Buda-Pesth, June 4. A sensational political trial has just ended. An Opposition Deputy named Desy was accused of libelling M. Lutacs, the Premier, whom he described as; the greatest corruptionist in Europe. He accused the Premier of corruptly using large sums advanced by banking iand other institutions for the Government electoral campaign. The accused was acquitted. The judgment stated that Lutacs accepted £125,000 from the Bank of Hungary for party purposes. The Cabinet has resigned.
