ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES.
o[Per Press Association.] Hastings, June 4. Thomas Groom, aged about 45, eldest son of M. E. Groom, a well-known sheep farmer at Teonepu station, dropped dead this morning. Deceased, who had been attended for heart trouble, leaves a widow, but no children. TOSSED BY A BULL. Hamilton, June 4. William Campbell, an elderly Invercargill resident, was tossed by a hull while visiting the Ruakura State Farm to-day, and rendered unconscious. Fortunately the animal was partly dehorned, otherwise the result would have been serious.
