The Public Works Committee has decided to recommend a trans-harbor canti-lever bridge from Dawes' Point to Milson's Point, carrying four railway lines, two roadways, and one foot way, at a cost of two and three-quar-ter millions. The Treasurer (Mr McCann) statethat no money has been set aside for the bridge ,and it will be necessary to raise a big loan to carry out tin scheme.
