' THE MOA. The Moa arrived from Westport yesterday morning with a full cargo of coal. She sailed on her return to the coal port at 3.30 p.m. and will load another cargo for New Plymouth. THE FLORA.; The Flora left Picton ,a,t 2.30 p.m. yesterday for .New Plymouth and is due here this morning. ~ After discharging her cargo she sails for Westport and Greymouth.,
