Mn Bylcs, M.P., has given notice that ho will ask Colonel Seely (Secretary of State for War) in the House of Commons on Monday whether boys are being prosecuted in New Zealand at the rate of 200 per week for breaches of conscription ; also whether, owing to the conscription .movement in Britain, he will issue a statement showing how it is working in the Dominions.
