THE TRIENNIUM GRANT. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] . , Paris, May 28. The Chamber, by 386 to 163, voted for the triennium giant. The Manchester Guardian’s Paris correspondent states that the Triennium Bill was imposed on France by Russia, who practically threatened a rupture of the Alliance if the demands were not conceded.
