ARNST-HAGNEY AIATOH. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 9.10 a.m.) Sydney, May 26. Negotiations in the Arnst-Hagney match are hanging fire. FOOTBALL. SOUTHERN DIVISION RESULTS.

Following are the results of the matches played in the Southern division on Saturday:—Seniors: Waimate 11, v. Okaiawa 3; Kaponga 6, v. Hawera 0.

Juniors: Hawera 12, v. Kaponga 3 : AVaimate 11, v. Okaiawa 0. Hawera B forfeited to Opunake. Second Juniors: Waimate 9, v. Okaiawa 6.

The, following players will represent tho Seniors in their match against Eltham, at Stratford, on Thursday:— Ki veil, Stewart, Dobson, Bonner, Oliver, Dewar, Woods, Wood, Tocker, Cameron, Brown, Boon, Fearon (2). and Sullivan. Kick off at 3 p.m. The following players will represent tho firet juniors in their match against Clifton juniors at Waitara on Thursday, leaving hy 8.50 a.m. train; Collins, Bowler, Pearce, Brown (3), Stewart, Kennedy, Hockey, Marfell, Tichhon, Armstrong, Rogers, Kilpatrick and Watkins. Emergency, Wallace. All players are requested to attend shed practice to-night.
