In bonnection with Professor Percival’s alarmist prediction of a big blow-up at. Rotorua, Professor Thomas says:—“While it is possible we may have a Volcanic eruption, it is only a possibility. No person need to be the least alarmed at speculations of this kind. Thermal activity at Rotorua varies from time to time.” Professor Thomas did not think there had been an increase of activity there.
