THE DECISION ON DIVORCE. (Received 8.20 a.m.) London, May 6. In connection with the House of Lords’ decision on divorce, the case arose through the Lower Court ruling that the principal in a military suit was guilty of contempt in publishing the transcripts. The action was, hoard in camera, and the Lords reversed the ruling. Lord Haldane remarked that every court of justice must sit with open doors. A NATURALISATION BILL. (Received 9.5 a.m.) London, May G. Mr HarcourP (Secretary of State for the Colonies) stated that he hoped to introduce a Naturalisation Bill in accordance with the Imperial Conference recommendation.
