FIRE.
HOUSE DESTROYED
[Per Press Association.] Napier, May 2
A five-roomed house, with contents, in Onepoto Gully, occupied by George Wilson, and owned by Charles Grant, was totally destroyed by lire shortly before eight o’clock to-night. The lire was caused by a kerosene lamp falling on to the floor and exploding, fhe insurance on the building was £2OO and on the furniture £IOO. Both the owner and occupier are considerable losers.
