WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist (Rev. D. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows; The indications are for northerly winds moderate to strong and veering by west to north after 21 hours. The weather will he cold and changeable at times; expect dull weather with much mist and tog in parts. Barometer falling, but rising after 2-1 to 36 hours.
