CHINESE SENSATION.
o THE MURDER OF SUNG. ALLEGED OFFICIAL ACT. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association ; Shanghai, April 26. The civil and military governors of Kiangsa have telegraphed to the Cabinet accusing Yuan-Shi-Kai of authorising Sung’s murder. The detailed documents show that Hung, the Premier’s secretary, inspired Jung, a secret service man, to arrange for the murder. Yuan-Shi-Kai saw all the correspondence, and authorised the murder on March 17. Jung is now investigating Sung’s murder. Jung’s letters stats that Sun-Yat-Sen and others were scheming to make Sung President. It is believed that Yuan-Shi-Kai is in grave danger front - those seeking revenge for Sung’s death.
