Mr J. Coulter will prosecute trespassers on section 13, blk. iii., Ngatimaru (Tawhiwhi Road). A man wanted for fencing .

The Egmont Coach and Carriage Factory, in Pago Street, Stratford, is becoming quite a famous place for the turning out of stylish vehicles. It has just completed, to the order of a Toko resident, a very handsome butterfly-wing gig, polished in the natural wood, with rubber tyres, spring cushions and the most up-to-date improvements. As a specimen of tin coachbuilder’s art this gig could no' well be beaten in any workshop in New Zealand, and it is sure to bring a lot of orders to Mr Martin’s workshop. Trespassers on Mr E. J. Careeldine’s property, Block 10, Ngatimaru, will be prosecuted.

Gillies and Nalder will hold stock sales at Eltham on Wednesday, and Glover Road on Thursday. A special heifer sale at the latter place will be held on May 23rd. The last week of the sale of furniture, bedding, and household furnishings at Evans and Tichbon’s commences to-day. Special bargains are offered in all lines of bedding.

A dancing class conducted by Mrs Mcßeth will be held in the Parish Hall this season, the first quarter beginning on May Ist. A special summoned meeting of the U.A.O. Druids will be held to-morrow evening; a full attendance is requested. The anniversary services in connection with the local Presbyterian Church will bo celebrated on May Hth. The Rev. T. H. Roseveare, of New Plymouth, will conduct both services on the Sunday. On Monday, 12th, the anniversary concert will be given, but this year the promoters have decided upon an innovation —a set tea at G o’clock preceding the concert, which will start at 8 o’clock. Admission to both functions will be Is 6d, or to concert only, Is. Mr Robert Beckett requests a settlement of all accounts owing to him to enable his old business to be wound >iP-
