MOVEMENTS OF WARSHIPS. (Received 8.30 a.rn.) Port Said, April 20. Three Greek warships are cruising off the port. YOUNG TURKISH PARTY. The Daily Telegraph’s Constantinople con-espondent says isolated Turkish outrages on the Armenians have aroused fear in the Young drain that Russia will intervene. The leaders favour Radical reforms with foreign collaboration. THE POSITION AT SCUTARI. Vienna, April 20. Conflicting reports are published from Scutari. Some represent that a bombardment is proceeding, while others assert that the seige has beei. abandoned. THOSE BULGARIAN ALLEGATIONS. Belgrade, April 20. Vigorous denials are officially made of the Bulgarian allegations that Sorvia has adopted repressive measures against Bulgarian subjects.
SHIPS RELIEVE DISTRESS. The arrival of blockading ships at Valona relieved the inhabitants, who were in a state of famine, and also feared an invasion by 25,000 Turks under Ajavid Pasha who were camped near by, and who were also in dcs psrate straits for lack of food.
