The Government Meteorologist (Rev. ( 1). C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: Moderate to strong easterly winds. V eather probably cool and changeable at times. Expect dull weather and much mist and fog in parts. Barometer little movement, but falling afi tor «bent 30 hours.
