WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist (Rev. D. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: Moderate to strong south-easterly winds prevailing. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, misty at times. The night will probably be very cold, with frosts inland. Barometer little movement.
