TOWER HAMLETS (WHITECKAi'EL) SEAT. [By Electric Telegraph— Copyrioei j [United Press Association.] (Received 10.0 a.m.) London, April 11. Sir Stuart Montagu Samuel will again contest tue Tower Hamlets (Whitechapel) seat, which lie has represented since 1900. Captain G. M. Browne (Unionist) who opposed him at the last election, will be his opponent. The last election returns were; Samuel (L) 1731; Browne 1191.
