THE BILL’S FREE LIST. [By Electric Tele jraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 1.5 p.m.) Wasington, April 7. The Tariff Bill has been introduced. Raw wool, meats, flour, boots, shoes, coal and timber are free; combed wool tops, 15 per cent; sugar, 25 per cent, and free, after three years; fruit, 15 per, cent ; live stock, 10 per cent. The reductions generally relive the cost of living.. Raw flax and hemp are reduced by 50 per cent.
