KING NICHOLAS’ BLIIFF. [By Electric Telegraph —Copyright] [United Press, Association.] (Received 10.29 a.m.) London, April 3. The Daily Telegraph’s Vienna correspondent states that when King Nicholas, of Montenegro, inaugurated the rebellion against Europe ho hoped to win by bluff. His Ministers forbade him to turn back, and curtly said that if he did not persist they would escort him across the frontier.
