United Kingdom, British Possessions, United States, Chili, Costa Rica, Egypt, Italy, Mexico, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Peru, Pago Pago, Paraguay, Portugal, and Portuguese Colonies, Liam, Servia, and Postal Agencies in Chinese Treaty Ports, Id for each oz. or fraction thereof; all other places 2Jd for the first oz. or fraction tnereof, and lid for each succeeding oz. or fraction thereof. Post Cards.—lnland, single, id; reply. Id; all other places, single, id; reply 2d. printed Papers (including Books and Magazines, not registered).—All places, id per 2oz- Magazines (registered), inland, id for every 86a or fraction thereof. Foreign, id per 2oz or fraction thereof. One end must be left open. Commercial Papers —Town (.for at counts, etc., only), id for 20/.s, or lo for first 4oz and id each succeeding 2oz. Telephone Exchanges at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Uauedm, Invercargill, Napier, Hastings, Palmerston North, and Wanganui are open all day and all night.
