THREE SUDDEN DEATHS

Wellington, March 30
Christina Duncan, aged 54, married, died suddenly on Saturday afternoon at a house in Hankey street. Sue was talking with the inmates', and without warning fell off her chair, dying before medical assistance arrived. Heart trouble is supposed to be the cause.
William Oliver O’Reilly, aged about 50 years, and supposed to be a native of Dunedin, died suddenly this morning at a house in Lome street. While attempting to liff a bag of potatoes lie collapsed, and when picked up was dead. O’Reilly was a labourer, single, and is believed to have had no relatives alive in New Zealand. Thomas Collins, aged about 43, was removed to the hospital last night from a house in Holland street, and died this morning. He had been working at the patent slip, but feeling unwell, knocked off work and went home. KNOCKED DOWN BY A TRAIN. Greymouth, March 30. An old man named Munchin Keenan was knocked down by the 5.30 train from Dunollie last night. He was thrown clear of the line, and escaped with severe scalp wounds.
