MONTENEGRO’S SHARE OF THE SPOILS. (Received 11.10 a.m. ) Cettinje, March 27.

The Austrian Minister informed Montenegro that the Powers’ decision regarding the frontier of Albania Only' gives Montenegro a strip of water and, a few’ kilometres of marsh on‘ either side of Lake Skutari. Montenegro urgently telegraphed Britain for confirmation of the report, and was informed that' it was true. The Montenegrin Government fears the consequences of such an inadequate return for 15,600 killed and wounded and economic paralysis.
