Sydney, March 17

Chong Soon, a Chinese, was found dead near Parramatta, with a longhandled prong lying by bis side, and a bullet wound in bis breast.

Richard Arthur Bowerman and John Maitland White have been charged on suspicion with shooting the Chinaman, and remanded.
