THE KING’S MESSAGE
(By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) (Received 8.5 a.in.) Melbourne, March 15. Lord Denman (Governor-General) has received the following cable from the King:—“l am glad to learn that the foundation stone of the Federal City in the contemplated constitution and with the inauguration whereof i was so intimately associated, has been successful laid.”
