THE TERRITORIALS.

Mr Sandys, Unionist M.P. for Somerset, has introduced a Bill to provide compulsory service for Territorials and youths on attaining the age of 18.

The report of the Territorials ending September shows a deficiency of 1963 officers and 49,902 men. The loss under discharges during the year was over 10,000.
