It includes the summoning of a national convention* 1 to consider a rearrangement of the Federal compact, the extension at the referendum, the abolition of machine politics, and a modification of party politics in the State Parliament, elective ministers, national insurance against sickness, accident and unemployment, Board of Trade to administer all industrial laws, a modificationj of all laws relating to employer and employee, improvement of the hospital system, the increased expenditure thereby entailed to be met by a tax on sport and the proceeds of the totalisator.
