FIRE.
THRESHING PLANT DESTROYED. (Per Prpss Association.) Dunedin, March 7. J. Mac Master’s threshing mill was destroyed by fire at D. Barron’s farm, Arrowtown, this morning. The mill was being taken in to thresh a stack of barley and a spark from the engine set the stack alight, the fire spreading to the mill. The mill was insured, but Mr Mac Master will lose about £l5O. Barron, who lost a stack of barley and a small stack of oats, estimates his loss at about £IOO.
