EXPLOSION OF 300 TONS OF DYNAMITE. (Received 11.35 a.m.) New York, March 7. Seven people were killed at Baltimore as the result of 300 tons of dynamite having exploded when being loaded aboard the British steamer Alumchine. The shock was felt thirty miles away. Hundreds of windows were wrecked. The Lower House in Delaware State rocked, and members thought an earthquake had occurred! Twenty were injured aboard the lighter near by.
