Bulgarians fired on tho British steamer Moeris, and also on the French and Italian steamers ein the Sea of Marmora. The French suffered slightly, SKUTARI OR DEATH, (Received 11.30 a.m.) St. Petersburg, March 3. The-King of Montenegro, in a messago to tho Slavs, says they would rather be annihilated than letirn without Skutari, which must bo captured or evacuated before peace is signed.
