A BISHOP ON INFALLIBILITY. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) (Received 8.5 a.m.) Rome, February 26. Bonomelli, Bishop of Cremona, in a pastoral letter, denies the infallibility of the Church authorities in political questions, and suggests that the Church should enter into relations with all Governments, and regrets the conflict between the Church and the State in Italy.
