THE GREEK FLEET. Constantinople, February 21. The gale delayed thirty-five Greet transports at Mitylene. They Fere intending to land at Besik Bay, Twelve thousand Turks have reache a town in the Dardanelles, in the South Strait.The Ktieynenddin, Barborossa, Medpidieh and several destroyers are reconnoitring in the Aegean Sea. THE BULGARIANS AND TURKS. The Turkish advance guards at Chataldja followed the Bulgarians for fifteen miles. The Turks are living in holes, roofed in with canvas, and feeding on soup and gruel. There is little disease. THE SAFETY OF EUROPEANS. The Governor of Adrianople has offered the Karagatch quarter, on the right of Maritza, as a sanctuary for Europeans. It is doubtful whether bo Bulgarians will assent.
